2.1. Through the website, you can obtain information about services, schedule an appointment, request a doctor’s visit, and pay for services online.
2.2. All medical services are provided by qualified clinic personnel in accordance with current Georgian legislation.
2.3. A doctor will be called to your home within Tbilisi. Calls to other regions are subject to individual arrangements.
2.4. In emergency cases, please call the ambulance directly at 112.
3. Online Appointment and Payment
3.1. You can schedule an appointment or call a doctor using the online form on the website.
3.2. Payment for services can be made using bank cards and other available online payment methods listed on the website.
3.3. All payments are made in Georgian lari (GEL). In the event of a return or cancellation of a service, refunds will be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy (see Section 6).
4. Privacy and Personal Data
4.1. All information you provide while using the website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4.2. We comply with the Georgian Law on Personal Data Protection and take measures to ensure the security of your information.
5. Liability

6. Appointment Cancellation and Refunds
6.1. Appointments can be cancelled at least 24 hours before their scheduled time.
6.2. In the event of a timely cancellation, a full refund is possible. In the event of a late cancellation, a partial refund or no refund may be made, depending on the circumstances.
6.3. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the same payment method.

7.1. All text, images, logos, and other materials on this website are the property of Silk Medical or are used legally.
7.2. Any reproduction, copying, or distribution of website materials without the written consent of Silk Medical is prohibited.
8. Governing Law
